Tramar Lacel Daillard
Tramar Lacel Daillard who is also known
as Flo Rida, is an American rapper and singer. He hails from Carol City in
Florida. His breakout single, "Low", reached number one in the United
States for 10 weeks and set a record for digital downloads. The debut album by
Flo Rida 2008's Mail on Sunday reached no. 4 in the US. R.O.O.T.S. succeeded
the album in the year 2008. His subsequent albums, 2010's Only One Flo (Part 1)
and 2012's Wild Ones, also charted on the US Billboard 200 chart. Flo Rida is
among the most popular music artists who have sold over 80 million records
around the globe. His catalogue includes top-selling singles "Right
Round", "Club Can't Handle Me", "Good Feeling",
"Wild Ones", "Whistle", "I Cry", "G.D.F.R.
" and "My House". Mail on Sunday was Flo Rida’s debut album. It
came out in March 2008. The album's first single, "Low", was
featuring T-Pain. The track was included on the soundtrack to Step Up 2: The
Streets. "Low" was ranked as No. 1. on the Billboard Hot 100 Chart.
"Elevator" was a hit with Timbaland and "In the Ayer"
featuring will.i.am and will.i.am, were followed by "Roll" with Sean
Kingston. Both charted on the Hot 100 as well. Mail hosted guests special
guests on Sunday. Timbaland, who produced the single "Elevator" as
well as featured on the track. Rick Ross, Trey Songz and Trey also appeared.
Lil Wayne appeared on the track "American Superstar" and Sean
Kingston appeared on the J. R. Rotem-produced "Roll" that was written
by Compton rapper Spitfiya. Birdman, Brisco and Yung Joc are among the other
performers. "Money Right" is a duet with Brisco and Rick Ross, was
scheduled to be the fourth single, however, it was pulled due to the upcoming
release of Flo Rida's second studio album, R.O.O.T.S. He also recorded his
second collaboration with T.Pain, "I Bet" and his collaborative work
with Trina (titled "Bout It").
