Will Ferrell
Will Ferrell
became famous as a cast member on "Saturday Night Life". He later
appeared on several comedies on the big screen, such as Elf and' Anchorman' and
‘Talladega Nights. Will Ferrell was born in Irvine in the year 1967. He began
his comedy career as a member of the group based in Los Angeles, The
Groundlings. He was a Saturday Night Live cast member for seven years and
became an important comedic attraction through off-color hits, such as Old
School 2003 and Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy 2004. Ferrell also
co-founded the popular video streaming site Funny or Die, and enjoyed success
as a voiceover actor on animated movies like Megamind (2010). John William
Ferrell was born on the 16th of July, 1967, in Irvine, California. Will Ferrell
is the eldest child of Righteous Brothers keyboardist Lee Ferrell (and Kay
Ferrell), however, he wasn't exactly a student clown during his time at
University High School. He was quiet and studious, but he chose to be a
football player with a record at the school for the highest number of field
goals made. Ferrell was a more relaxed person in homes with a suburban feel,
and he didn't display the same outlandish or humorous exasperations later on
that defined his career. In an interview with Esquire the magazine, his mother
stated that Ferrell was "very well-behaved, very easy-going."
"You're familiar with the Matchbox cars?" Will would arrange his
Matchbox cars on his own and be completely satisfied. You'd ask, 'Do you want
to go to Disneyland today, or arrange your cars?' It would be a difficult
conversation for him to think about. Ferrell wasn't a perfect straight man but
that's not to say that he wasn't. When he would make his daily announcements on
the PA system, a glimpse of his comical skills was revealed every morning in
high school. Upon graduation in 1986, Ferrell was a student at the University
of Southern California at Los Angeles, where he was a member of the Delta Tau
fraternity and pursued the degree of sports journalist.
